Maruti Suzuki Ertiga Review

The Ertiga is Maruti’s next big thing – literally – and it hopes to corner the MPV market below the Innova’s price tag in much the same way it has managed to do so with the Eeco. The Ertiga isn’t a conventional MPV, it being constructed around the Swift’s monocoque platform instead of the traditional body-on-frame format followed by the Innova, Xylo and Tavera, but it is a much better car for it. It is a very good driver’s car, especially the diesel, and the tradeoff is ride comfort. There also isn’t very much space in the third row, and it is best left to children or short journeys.A few niggles like the lack of sufficient storage space sour what otherwise promises to be a good product for Maruti. Get this one if you like driving but need a large boot  or the three rows of seating. Our pick is the diesel.
